Three generations of the Prescott family have been involved in all aspects of road transportation and waste disposal. In 1999, Nick Prescott took control of the Company and the business diversified into recovery and recycling. Nick hold COTC Level 4 in Waste Treatment and Waste Transfer.

Don managed Warrington Waste Disposal Ltd for 2 years until it was purchased by Widnes Skips. He is currently studying for a Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Transport and manages transport operations for both Widnes Skips and Warrington Waste.
